A bit of history: The first site was built in the summer of 1999 and stood stable for 8 years(!). Over time, certain technologies disappeared (like visual Hebrew..) and new technologies arrived (fast internet, CSS...), and it was necessary to update the site. It was hard to invent a new design more beautiful than its predecessor.. but after various failed attempts - and after many hours - in 2007 a very detailed new site was launched with a design similar to what is now - in 2026, almost 20 years later - the site was updated (finally) to a responsive and efficient design while preserving the original design and information almost entirely.

The main motifs in the design:
- Convenient access to the variety of pages and especially to the guest units' pages.
- Colors of sunrise and natural colors from the garden.
- Emphasis on the amazing view.
- Trying to convey through the medium the rich paradise found here.
The panoramic photo at the bottom of the page is five connected pictures taken from a single point in our yard. The drawing in the logo was drawn by Ms. Sahara.
Thanks to Grandma Sharona (RIP) for her help in translating to English. Please note! The beloved historical children's book "The Dolls' Journey to Eretz-Israel" written in 1934 by her father Avraham Regelson (and she is the heroine of the book, the original "Mother of the Dolls"), has been republished, and even translated by her into English.
Many thanks to David Brushin for the original translation to Russian. David offers his translation services: 0508-742944 or dbrushin@gmail.com We are very pleased with the service he provided us and warmly recommend him.
Ofek wants to thank the thieves who took the computer and the backup, thereby forcing him to create a new site with a different direction...
